The Friday before last Ryan was headed to the beach when he had a sudden change in plans. He called Wendell from the side of the road and said that the front end of the truck had just dropped to the ground while he was driving. He had been thinking about coming home, but this isn't exactly how he planned to get here. I'm just glad that he was driving slowly on a street in Laie and not somewhere on the North Shore on Kamehameha.
I'm sure our neighbors love seeing this sitting in our driveway. Ryan is hoping to get it back by his birthday. We'll see.

Isn't it funny to think about the things you take pictures of now that you have a blog. Would you have ever taken a picture of the parts of a truck before that?

ReplyDeleteI always have the camera in hand now and when I take a picture I usually here, "are going to blog about that too?" I think they get annoyed at all my blogging, but hey, it's history! Speaking of Ryan...I have a niece that is going to school over there and thinks Ryan is mighty fine! I may get in trouble for saying that on your blog, but oh well!
