Happy Cuatro de Mayo!

Hola! We were invited over to celebrate Cuatro de Mayo with our friends on May 4. We know that the actual holiday is Cinco de Mayo, but everyone was busy then, so we celebrated the 4th instead. Kathleen made a cake that said Happy Quattro de Mayo. Ryan informed her she spelled it wrong, so she just scrapped it off and re-wrote it. It made for a lovely greenish hue.
I'm sorry, but we were both laughing so hard by the time she finished she didn't take it.

    I would have eaten your cake Kathleen and had Ryan's piece too. I know he isn't a big cake eater. Doesn't Ryan only like the cake with some red soda in it? How do you make that again? I bet Kassidy would like that. Happy Quatro de Mayo!
