Ode to Nancy....at her request

Today, while at work, I received a request from my dear sister Nancy to post something new on my blog. She was kind enough to give several suggestions, all of which were about her. Imagine that. So, being the kind person that I am I have decided to dedicate a few moments out of my life to her.

Here she is. Can you say 1987? I knew that you could.

I especially like the bowtie in this one.
Not much to say about these next pictures, just a tree / dress theme. Except for the last one. It's just a dress theme.

Ok - normal little girl hair on Nancy. Sort of a George Washington thing on Mindy, I was going for Dorothy Hamil but ended up more like David Hamil. But the big question is, what was mom thinking? It's sort of a permanent hat.

Here she is with her boyfriend Dan and in the car with her best friend, Aunt Jamaima.

Precious moments

In this next picture please notice who is slaving away in the service of others and who is not. Really, you probably didn't even need to look at the picture. Mom kept telling me to "fluff" my hair and maybe put on a little more makeup. My two sisters were kind enough to help out. They're the best.

Christmas fun at Walter's!! I think Nancy should wear that hat more often.

Here is Nancy doing what she does best.

Here she is with her family at sunny Haunama Bay.

...and here she is with a friendly native hugging her.

I don't know what she is doing in this picture, but I like the look.

She was singing a special wedding song (in Hawaiian) about her leg.

Posted by PicasaWell, Nancy, I hope you've enjoyed this post. Love ya

  1. I love Nancy too! She is the "hottest" neighbor and I must say....that you caught all of her most famous expressions so well!

  3. Oh, all my beatuy through the years. The sad part is I really thought I looked good when all those pictures were taken. Nothing can top moms cowboy hat head in the group picture.
